The 56th Grammy Awards was a Daft Punk night when the electronic dance duo were the major winner of the awards. The night also marks their first live performance since their last year release Random Access Memories. Watch them and several of the performances on the night below:

Lorde performed “Royals.” The song won Song Of The Year and Best Pop Solo Performance awards.






Imagine Dragons and Kendrick Lamar performed “Radioactive.” The song won Best Rock Performance awards. Watch here.

Daft Punk, Pharrell Williams, Stevie Wonder and Nile Rodgers performed “Get Lucky.” The song later won for Record Of The Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance awards and their album Random Access Memories won Album Of The Year awards.








Metallica and pianist Lang Lang performed “One.”


Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr performed “Queenie Eye.” Watch here. Paul McCartney later joined Nirvana surviving members Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear to receive Best Rock Song awards for Soundcity movie soundtrack “Cut Me Some Slack.”


Nine Inch Nails, Queens Of The Stone Age, Dave Grohl, & Lindsey Buckingham performed “Copy Of A” and “My God Is The Sun.”
