Chris Cornell and the Avett Brothers kick off this week’s Peal Jam Week – a week of honoring Pearl Jam where artists invited to cover the band songs – on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Soundgarden frontman and longtime Pearl Jam friend Cornell once again teamed up with Seth and Scott Avett to cover Pearl Jam’s 1992 song “Footsteps,” the B-side track to the “Jeremy” single.
