The Pretenders frontwoman Chrissie Hynde stopped by Conan show to share new memoir Reckless: My Life As A Pretender. Hynde talks about the punk music revolution, and how performing was scary but better than waiting tables. Se also addresses the early days of MTV and how that changed the perception of being in a band and needing to look good. Finally, she discussed her complicated relationship to fame.
