Oberhofer’s sophomore full-length, Chronovision, seems to have been quietly pushed back to October after it was originally slated to be release in August. After a few months in a holding pattern, they’re picking up where they left off with their next single, “Sun Halo.” It’s a good one — Oberhofer revert back to more a more comfortable surf-rock cushion, but they still exhibit a flair for the dramatic, with some pleasing harmonies and a circus-like bounce that carries throughout the song.
