Silverchair’s Daniel Johns Goes Online

After nearly three years since Aussie rocker Silverchair decided to go on “indefinite hibernation,” it’s been almost silence amongst of the trio. Their drummer Ben Gillies breaks the first silence when did an sideband project called Bento which Gillies fronted it. For their frontman Daniel Johns decided to go more privately on his life, ever on online world. Till yesterday Johns appeared to start a Facebook and Twitter account. Beyond his silence, Johns have previously has did a collaboration with multiple artist, performed with Josh Wakely for short film on TEDxSydney in 2011, recorded a theme song for Qantas airlines, performed with Kimbra and Australia legendary composer Van Dyke Parks at Adelaide Festival in early 2013 and recent collabration with Aussie rapper 360 on his song “Impossible” when Johns contribute a chorus part of the song. The duo also released a music video for the song today. Johns also confirmed by itself on his upcoming solo project is on worked and will drop later this year trough his new social network account, check below.
