The Postal Service interview on Colbert Report 6/19/2013

The Postal Service made their first TV debut on The Colbert Report, after more than 10 years they've started the band. The reunited trio recently released the reissue of their only-released album Give Up, mark the 10 anniversary of the album. The band – consisting of Benjamin Gibbard (of Death Cab for Cutie), Jimmy Tamborello (of Dntel and Headset), and Jenny Lewis (of Rilo Kiley) sat for an interview. As did the former Rilo Kiley leader Jenny Lewis, who has apparently been granted full-time membership status gets the best moment in the interview, when Stephen Colbert resurrects a Toys R Us commercial from her child-actor days. Then the band performed the classic “Such Great Heights.” Watch the interview below:
