Pussy Riot – “Chaika” Music Video

Pussy Riot have shared a video for a protest song about the Russia’s prosecutor general, Yuri Chaika, whom last year featured on a documentary by anti-corruption activist Alexei Navalny. The track “Chaika,” which was produced by TV On The Radio’s Dave Sitek. In the clip, directed by Andrey Fenøčka and the group’s Nadya Tolokonnikova, Pussy Riot dress as officials and torture prisoners while performing eerie dance routines. Watch the video below.


Low – “Into You” Music Video

Last year, Minnesota slowcore legends Low released their eleventh studio album Ones And Sixes and now they’ve made a video for “Into You,” one of the songs from that album. Directors Jim Burns and Beth Chalmers filmed the video in Glasgow, juxtaposing shots of the band performing with images of light reflecting off of the River Clyde. Watch it below.


FIDLAR – “Why Generation” Music Video

Last year FIDLAR released their sophomore album Too, and today the band debuted a new video for the song “Why Generation.” In the clip, the guys in the band take the form of emoji in the 21st century generation and questions whether or not our dependence on technology renders us. PJ Harvey – “The Wheel” Music Video

PJ Harvey is releasing new album in April entitled The Hope Six Demolition Project. The new single video for “The Wheel” directed by Seamus Murphy, which he filmed in Kosovo, the site of some terrible ethnic violence in the late ’90s. Watch the video below.


Def Leppard – “Dangerous” Music Video

Last year, British rock legends Def Leppard released their 11th studio album, a self-titled full length with total 14 tracks inside. Recently the band released a new video for the album second single “Dangerous.” The clip was a sort of CGI that sometimes see in regional-cable commercials for online colleges that offer a major in “computer graphics.” Directed by Frank Gryner, watch the video below.


Poliça – “Wedding” Music Video

In a next couple of months, Minneapolis synthpop outfits Poliça will follow-up their great 2013’s Shulamith album with the third one entitled United Crushers. The band shared a new video for the second advance single “Wedding” following “Lime Habit.” The video directed by Isaac Gale, watch below.


M. Ward – “Confession” Music Video

Welsh alt-rock power trio The Joy Formidable will follow-up to their 2013’s Wolf’s Law with third LP Hitch this March. Today, they’ve shared the NSFW video for lead single “The Last Thing On My Mind,” which features a whole lot of footage of a whole lot of dudes in various states of undress. The Chemical Brothers – “Wide Open” (Feat. Beck) Music Video

Electronic dance music duos The Chemical Brothers released their eight studio album Born In The Echoes last year and the album last track “Wide Open” was co-written by Beck. The band shared the music video of the track, directed by Dom & Nic. The clip shows a dancer, in her underwear, twirling through an industrial space. Watch the video below.


New Order – “Tutti Frutti” Music Video

British synthpop pioneers New Order recent album’s Music Complete released last year and the album single “Tutti Frutti” have been remix by their kindred spirits Hot Chip and the Chemical Brothers’ Tom Rowlands. Britpop pioneers Suede have shared another song from their upcoming album Night Thoughts, which is due out next Friday. Following videos for “Pale Snow,” “Like Kids,” and “Outsiders,” the clip for new track “No Tomorrow” is a pretty heartbreaking one, depicting the story of an old man who attempts suicide by pills. Dr. Dog – “Bring My Baby Back” Music Video

Philadelphia psych rockers Dr. Dog revisited and reworked their first collection of songs, 2001’s The Psychedelic Swamp, and plan to release it as their eighth official studio album next month. Seattle singer-songwriter Damien Jurado will drop the new LP Visions Of Us On The Land, the final part of a trilogy of 2012’s Maraqopa and 2014’s Brothers And Sisters Of The Eternal Sun in March. Jurado shared a new video for the lead single of the album “Exit 353.″ The video chronicles a young mother and her daughter’s journey to nowhere. Directed by Elise Tyler, watch the video below.
